Exceptions

The following exceptions apply:

• Patients insured with DITZO/ASR on the basis of a reimbursement policy must submit the invoice to their insurance and transfer the reimbursed amount, including any deductible, to Women's Healthcare Center. Women's Healthcare Center will pay the personal contribution, so you will never pay more than your deductible.

Medical specialist care

The examinations and procedures performed at the Women's Healthcare Center are considered specialist medical care. As such, they are covered by basic insurance and are reimbursed by the health insurer. However, to be eligible for reimbursement, you must be referred by your GP or specialist and you must bring the referral card to your first appointment.

The treatment

All examinations and procedures are performed by a medical specialist. It is possible that for a specific treatment multiple examinations or procedures take place within one consultation. For such a consultation with multiple examinations and/or procedures one rate is charged. More information about invoices in healthcare can be found at www.dezorgnota.nl .

Your note

You always have a deductible. For 2025, the mandatory deductible is €385. The healthcare costs you incur are settled with your deductible. The health insurer takes care of the rest. How much you have to pay yourself depends on the size of your deductible.
