House Rules Women's Healthcare Center
We would like to make your visit or stay in our clinic as pleasant as possible. Safety and respect for each other are our top priorities. Our house rules contribute to this. They apply to you as a patient or visitor and also to our own employees. We rely on your cooperation and wish you a pleasant stay in Women's Health Care center.
- We treat each other with respect at Women's Health Care center. We approach each other in a friendly and polite manner. There is respect for everyone's philosophy of life, habits, values and standards, appearance and opinion.
- We treat each other's privacy with respect. Employees do not provide information about patients to third parties. We conduct privacy-sensitive conversations in a closed space. We do not talk about each other, but with each other.
- You may use your cell phone in most areas of Women's Health Care Center, but not everywhere. Please turn your phone off when instructed.
- Aggression, violence, (sexual) intimidation and discrimination in word and/or deed are not allowed. Also possession of weapons, drugs and vandalism are not allowed. We always report it to the police and recover any costs incurred from the offender.
- Costs of theft and/or vandalism will be recovered from the offender.
- Well-recognizable assistance dogs and guide dogs are welcome. Other (domestic) animals are not.
- Women's Healthcare Center is not liable for any damage, loss or theft of property of patients, visitors or employees. Please do not bring valuables to Women's Health care Center.
- Image and/or sound recordings within Women's Health Care Center are not permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed in the Women's Health Care center building.
- You must be able to identify yourself with a valid identity document.
- Please follow the instructions of our reception staff. Violating the house rules or not following their instructions may result in a warning or denial of access to the Women's Health Care Center.
- If you do not comply with the house rules of Women's Health Care Center, we will first address you. We can also issue an official warning or an official access ban. This can be the case in the event of undesirable behavior, aggression, violence, (sexual) intimidation, threats, discrimination, theft and/or vandalism.
- You will receive an official access ban if you have already received a warning in the previous year. This means that you are no longer allowed to enter Women's Health Care Center. Not as a patient and not as a visitor.
