Your care

Insurance

Women's Healthcare Center has a contract with all Dutch health insurers. This means that patients with Dutch health insurance can expect 100% reimbursement without any administrative burden. Click here for more information about this.

There is currently a patient stop for VGZ and CZ insured persons.

All examinations and procedures performed at Women's Healthcare Center are considered specialist medical care and are covered by basic health insurance. To be eligible for reimbursement, you must be referred by your general practitioner or specialist, and you must bring the referral letter to your first appointment.

About the treatment

All examinations and procedures are performed by a medical specialist. Sometimes multiple examinations or procedures take place during a single consultation. In such cases, only one fee is charged for the entire consultation. More information about healthcare billing can be found at www.dezorgnota.nl .

Regarding your invoice

You are always subject to a deductible. Healthcare costs are offset against your deductible by your insurer. The remaining amount is covered by your health insurer. The amount of your personal contribution depends on the amount of your deductible.

Uninsured care

If you are uninsured or insured abroad, you will have to pay for the treatment yourself. Click here for more information about uninsured care.

Cancel appointment

If you are unexpectedly unable to make your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to make the reserved time available to another patient.
In the event of late cancellation or failure to appear for the appointment, we are obliged to charge a no-show fee of €50, in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health. Please note that this amount is not reimbursed by your health insurer.
