Make or change an appointment
To make or change an appointment, you can contact us by phone at 020-6420229 . Our employees are available from Monday to Friday at different times:
- 09:00 to 10:00 am
- 10:30 am to 12:00 pm
- 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
If you have a ZorgDomein referral number, it is useful to have it at hand when making or changing your appointment.
Please note: it is not possible to make or change an appointment via the contact form or by email.

Cancel appointment or other questions
