Preparation for an appointment

In our clinic, we offer a wide range of care for women, including information, examinations, and conservative treatments (non-invasive procedures).

All intake consultations, diagnostics, and treatments are performed by our specialized medical professionals working within the Women's Healthcare Center. We strive to have every patient cared for by the same specialist.

What you need to bring to your appointment

  • A valid form of identification (passport, driver's license, identity card)
  • Your insurance certificate
  • A referral letter from your GP
  • A current overview of your medication (AMO) and the name of your pharmacy . Please ensure that you bring your medication overview with you on every visit.

Important
Inform us, your pharmacy, and your GP about any changes in your medication use.

Reimbursements

Patients are referred to Women's Healthcare Center via their general practitioner or treating specialist. This referral is always reimbursed by the health insurer. In addition, we also offer gynecological examinations without a medical indication, at the patient's own expense.

Unable to attend

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to allocate the reserved time to another patient. In the event of late cancellation or a no-show, a no-show fee of €50 will be charged, as determined by the guidelines of the Ministry of Health. This fee is not reimbursed by your insurance.
