Complaints regulations

At Women's Healthcare Center we strive to provide excellent care to our patients. However, there may be times when you are not completely satisfied with a treatment. Your feedback is very important to us, because we want you to be completely satisfied and because it helps us improve our care.

We would like to hear your opinion

If you are not completely satisfied with a treatment, we advise you not to keep this to yourself. Complaints often arise from miscommunication or different expectations. Your healthcare provider will appreciate it if you discuss this, so that any dissatisfaction can be removed. In most cases, this leads to a solution.

Complaints Officer

If you and your healthcare provider cannot resolve the matter, you can submit your complaint to our complaints officer, Mr. F. Ottenhoff, via info@whcamsterdam.nl . We aim to find a solution within 6 weeks. Alternatively, you can contact an external complaints officer from Klachtconsult.

Dispute Committee

For disputes we are affiliated with the ZKN disputes committee. If you want to hold the healthcare provider liable for damages suffered, you can contact this committee via telephone number 070-3105310 .
Finally, please note that working on a solution with a complaints officer does not mean that you lose your right to file a dispute. If you file a dispute, you should expect a decision within 6 months, during which you may be asked to inspect your medical file. Your healthcare provider finds it important that you are satisfied with the care provided. When you are open about your experiences, you help your healthcare provider to achieve this goal. Working with a complaints officer to resolve your complaint does not mean that you lose your right to file a dispute. If you file a dispute, you should take into account a period of 6 months within which the disputes committee will make a decision. In that case, you will be requested to grant the disputes committee access to your medical file.
