Preparing for an appointment
In our clinic we offer a wide range of care for women, including information, research and conservative treatments (no invasive procedures).
All intake interviews, diagnostics and treatments are performed by our specialized medical professionals working within Women's Healthcare Center. We strive to have every patient guided by the same specialist.
What to bring to your appointment
- A valid ID (passport, driver's license, identity card)
- Your insurance certificate
- A referral letter from your GP
- A current list of your medication (AMO) and the name of your pharmacy . Make sure you bring your medication list with you to every visit.
Important
Inform us, your pharmacist and your GP about any changes in your medication use.
Reimbursements
Patients are referred to Women's Healthcare Center by their GP or treating specialist. This referral is always reimbursed by the health insurer. In addition, we also offer gynecological examinations without medical indication, for payment by the patient themselves.
Prevented
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This way we can allocate the reserved time to another patient. In the event of late cancellation or absence, a no-show fee of €50 will be charged, as determined by the guidelines of the Ministry of Health. This fee is not reimbursed by your insurance.
