Gynaecology

Gynaecology is a sensitive subject. For this reason, the initiators want women that come to the WHC to feel at home. The specialists take time for the patient, without hurry. Only when the patient feels comfortable enough to explain all symptoms a good diagnosis can be made. Many consultations are routine examinations, which means that the specialist can spend a lot of time on the patient.

The WHC also wants to treat patients as multidisciplinary as possible without referral to another clinic or hospital. The purpose of the WHC is to provide patients with the best possible tailor-made care and that the selection of patients for clinical admission is, if necessary, very transparent and selected.

All healthcare related to women's health is offered within the WHC. The patient can go to the WHC for information / consultations, research and conservative treatments or outpatient procedures. In short, the WHC stands for plannable and easy accessible women's care.

The intake, diagnosis, treatment and aftercare are performed entirely by medical specialists working in the WHC. The aim is to be guided by one and the same specialist throughout the entire treatment.

All appointments at one location

Because of our experience in providing efficient and conservative gynecological care, we use limited diagnostics in a short time and a small number of outpatient visits. Due to our independence and rapid diagnostics, unnecessary admissions and further clinical treatments can be prevented.

To achieve even more reductions in healthcare costs (substitution from hospitals), we can carry out (minor) surgical and invasive operations at our location. Such as: coagulation, LETZ treatment, excision and diagnostic hysteroscopy.

The WHC has a cooperation for surgical treatments with the BovenIJ hospital in Amsterdam. As our team of specialists also works at that location, the patient is - if necessary - guaranteed to continue their treatment at the BovenIJ hospital.
